• Increased college’s awareness within the region by 28% within one year
• Increased the college’s share of voice by 122% within one year
• Increased incoming class by 16% in the first year, setting the highest enrollment on record
• Manages the college’s $250k marketing budget and $300k admissions budget
• Led training workshops for both teams to streamline messaging at all touchpoints of the admissions funnel
• Developed predictive model to improve recruitment ROI
• Managed all Google ads in house and delivered CTR and conversions equal to previous year’s at one-fifth the cost
