Strategic Objective: Advance Art Academy of Cincinnati’s (AAC) reputation and awareness with the Greater Cincinnati arts, government, business, and social communities.

Goals:

  • Increase the college’s share of voice +2% year-over-year in social and traditional media versus a relative set of competition constituents
  • Increase overall awareness in the Greater Cincinnati region as measured by the Greater Cincinnati survey administered by the University of Cincinnati. 65% baseline is established
  • Create crisis communication plan

Results:

  • Increased the college’s awareness within the region by 28% within one year
  • Increased the college’s share of voice by 122%
